Connor Construction was started in 1999 by Eamon O’Connor, specialising in Hotel refurbishment and High end residential developments.

Since being formed the company has continually shown a year-on-year growth.

Over the past 20 years we have built up an excellent track record and client base, over 100 refurbishment projects have been successfully completed, all of which have been successfully completed. Previous projects include hotels, private residences, new build apartment blocks and several bars and restaurants.

Connor Construction has won awards for several of the projects from accredited organisations such as the Federation of Master Builders, including the prestigious Master Builder of the Year award, but the real endorsement of the quality of work and reliability as a contractor is the large amount of repeat business that forms the majority of our workload.

We recognise the importance of building up a good working relationship with our Clients and the part it plays in the successful completion of a project. We work hard to develop a good understanding of the clients’ needs and the importance of working to a deadline and ensuring the Works are of the required quality.

The aim of this document is to give an idea of the type and quality of services we have to offer. Each project is different and clients have different requirements, we take all of this into consideration when putting together the site management teams and ensure systems are in place to accommodate all of the clients needs.
